Lox Rangoons. These look so good. I'm gluten free and miss my crab rangoons I loved so much. Won Ton's contain wheat. I think this could be done with Spring Roll wrappers though. They're made of rice rather than wheat. They might end up having to be fried but perhaps not. I'm going to try this and report back on this pin. Hopefully, I can get these modified to be gluten free!
