1/2 tsp Garlic


1 Egg


32 oz Tomato sauce

Pasta & Grains

9 Lasagna noodles, cooked

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Italian seasonings, dried
1 Salt and fresh pepper


9 tbsp Mozzarella cheese, part skim
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 (15 ounce) container Ricotta cheese, fat free


(optional) 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
1 (10 ounce) package Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and completely drained

Lasagna Cups. What a great way to keep from having to store a half a pan of lasagna in the fridge. Also super portable for brown bagging it, or a great serving size for a buffet lunch!
