Gak aka homemade Silly Putty. This is a wonderful tactile activity for children. Super easy to make once you get all the ingredients. I stock up on glue either at the dollar store or during back to school sales. I love using food coloring to make wild colors. I find that using a plastic rimmed serving tray makes cleanup super easy. This is a great activity to introduce measurements, following a recipe and the science behind polymers. It is non-toxic.
