Chicken+Peanut Butter Lettuce Wraps iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves Filling: ½ to ¾ c. chopped Fuji apple (about 1 apple); 1 c. cooked chicken (I boiled mine with salt, pepper,+onion); 20 red grapes, halved; ½ c. chopped red onion; ¼ tsp. salt Sauce: 1 Tbsp. light mayo; 1 Tbsp. honey; 1 Tbsp. all-natural creamy peanut butter Mix all filling +then pour sauce+mix. Spoon into fresh, crispy lettuce leaf+roll it up. Makes four lettuce wraps.
Chicken Lettuce Wraps (Healthy Main Dish) I used ground turkey and green cabbage leaves because I had them left over. The flavors in this were great, and the almonds, carrots, and cabbage left a great crunchy texture. Cut the recipe in half for 4 servings, 275 calories per wrap. Will definitely make again.
Light, healthy and completely delicious, these 7 lettuce wraps are go-to family favorites that help fight that post holiday bulge!
Have you tried lettuce wraps? You’ll love these! P.S. this peanut sauce is boss. You’ll want to hang on to this recipe! natashaskitchen
