Speaking Out And Listening In--Life's sweetest journeys--love, self-awareness, spirituality, sensuality and humor-every captivating and eternal moment that has ever aspired to bridge the gap between one's physical world and one's inner universe where desires, imagination, and memories reside-is intricately woven within this small but outspoken book of poetic expression. Deep introspection, vivid imagery and gusty interpretation is what you'll find tucked between the sheets.

Okay, it can be a tad bit preachy on the religious side at times, but that said, it's a great book and would still recommend it. A lot of great advice. Besides, DJ has some fun Full House stories :)
