Hidden Valley Ranch Sausage Stars. We made these all football season, never had one left. The little wonton wrappers work great, or the premade frozen phyllo cups.

I've made these with red and green peppers and no olives. Really good. Great for parties. They won't be like anything else on the table.

Mini Pizza "Cupcakes" Chad's Comments: Be sure to use the mini muffin pans. I used a regular sized pan and the had to bake longer and got darker than they should. I would definitely make these again, but they're really best served fresh out of the oven...not a good re-heat.
