This is the easiest soup to make and my families fav!! I fix it on the stove top and have tweaked it a little. First I sauté one chopped onion and poblano pepper with the minced garlic. Then I "dump" the remaining ingredients. I also add 1 tsp of oregano. Instead of putting the crushed tortilla chip in the chili, I use them as a topper along with sour cream and shredded cheddar. Oh and I use 2 boxes of stock instead of one. Really depends on how soupy you want. Enjoy!!

White Chicken Chili, might try it with my leftover turkey too! *Made this recipe. Was very good! Only changes were that I used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving, frozen corn instead of canned, and I put two cloves of garlic in with the onions. Great recipe though. Would make again.

I love chili, but I'm not a huge red meat fan, so this Hearty Chicken Chili immediately tickled my fancy.

Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken Chili REVIEW: This was fantastic and so so easy! I ended up adding 2 cans of chicken broth to get it to the right thickness. We ate it with cheese and tortilla chips. I will definitely be making this again.
