Jog and yoga on this rainy morning. I'm beginning to enjoy this jogging thing.who knew? Oh and the yoga was just what I needed. Find something you enjoy and go with it. Fitness is not a punishment it is a gift.
Almost two miles of jogging this morning while listening to amazing pod casts. I'm amped for the day! Bring on some studying and football.
I tweaked something in my shoulder so no weights this morning. It's KILLING me but I know that I need to listen to my body and take a rest day. I was still able to get in a low impact jog because I still needed to move. Make movement a part of your day you are worth it!
Looked who supervised again today! Seriously though leg day kicked my butt in a good way. My legs are like jello and I've that post workout feel good thing going on. Don't wait for motivation to find you go out and get it!
Got my sweat on this morning and it felt good! It was just one of those morning where I was just waiting to workout! I took advantage and got in some HIIT light yoga/stretching and some light jogging.
When you weren't going to workout and then you did anyway! Also I see my delts. Happy Friday all. Go and get it done because that post workout high is so worth it.

Transformation Tuesday- In the picture on the left I was 10 days post-partum. It was a rough one this morning. I was definitely not feeling that #mondaymotivation. But I knew that getting my body moving would help...and it did! Motivation is NOT everything. You can't be motivated every single day but what you can do is form good habits. Let your habits be your guide.
