THIS is an amazing antidote to rotator cuff problems. After years of pain and trying various remedies I stumbled on this stretch. Within a couple of days I felt less pain than I had in years. Am now doing it 3x a day for 30 to 60 seconds. Still have some discomfort but not like I did before! The doctor who "discovered" the pose also does yoga.
