This is more profound that it initially seems. How many of us work ourselves into a bad mood thinking about how much fitter we ought to be rather than expending the energy doing some bodyweight exercises or just moving around? (Guilty as charged.)

I have a deep desire to be limber and flexible. I feel like I am hindered in some way because of my non-flexibility. Long term goal, 'cause boy do I have a way to go. But I am planting the seed, and working toward that small goal one day at a time.
