This is my favorite! :) Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!

Crock pot chicken taco meat. Chicken breast tenderloins, taco seasoning, half jar of salsa, and a cup of water, on low all day while I was at work. SO good! (I halved the salsa and added water from the original recipe so it wouldn't be too spicy for Olivia)
place 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast at bottom of crock pot. 2 cans of cream of chicken then 1 cup of water last. DO NOT stir. cook on low 6-8 hours. pull apart chicken when ready to serve and pour over biscuits. yummmm
Sweet Baby Rays Crock Pot BBQ Chicken. 4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (can be frozen), 1 bottle BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays), 1/4 c vinegar, 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/2 - 1 tsp. garlic powder. Mix BBQ sauce with all ingredients listed under it. place chicken in crock-pot. Pour sauce over it and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
EASY meal: In crockpot on low for 5-6 hours: 1 box of Rice a Roni Spanish rice with flavor packet. 1 14oz can of diced tomatoes. 2 cups of water. 1/2 diced bell pepper. 4 chicken breast cutlets. Rice comes out perfect, and the chicken is crazy tender.
Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip Ingredients:1 pkg frozen chopped Spinach (thawed, drained), 1 pkg frozen artichokes (or 14oz can) finely chopped, 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1 cup Light Mayo (you can use regular), 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 tsp. garlic powder. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into lightly buttered 3 1/2 quart slow cooker on HIGH for about 1 hour.
