This would be a very simple cute Easter decoration for the front yard.

I love this idea: "Our church saves the wood from the Christmas tree to make a cross for Good Friday. On Good Friday it is draped with black cloth. On Easter the wood is wrapped (like you would wrap an ace bandage). On Easter members of the congregation bring flowers from their gardens, which are attached by slipping the stems into the edges of the wrapped cloth."

Beautiful. Would be pretty in the front porch planter.

For the back yard garden? Beautiful. There is something so comforting about seeing these crosses before Easter. Reminds me what an awesome God we serve.
