Crock pot loaded baked potato soup with NO heavy cream - ■5 lbs russet potatoes, diced, NOT peeled ■5 tablespoons TS garlic garlic ■1 large yellow onion, chopped ■64 ounces chicken broth or stock ■16 ounces cream cheese ■bacon, sour cream, chives or shredded cheese for garnish

Loaded Baked Potato Soup 6 Large Potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 Large Onion, diced 1 Quart of Chicken Broth 3 Garlic Cloves, minced 1/4 Cup of Butter Salt and Pepper to taste 1 Cup of Cream (Half and Half Okay) 1 Cup of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese Put all ingredients except cream and cheese in crockpot. Cook on low 4 hours or high for 8 hours. When cooked add cream and stir. Top with cheese.
