**I used spinach, green onions, spices, egg whites and turkey. They were so easy. Baked mine for 30 minutes and eat 2 in the mornings. Perfect for an out the door/healthy breakfast** Egg White Muffins. Perfect make ahead breakfast.

turkey and spinach meatballs- HEALTHY MEATBALLS (I made these and my family INHALED them!) :) I've never used ground turkey, but these look like fantastic meatballs.

POWER Muffins:  2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup oats–quick or regular oats, plain 2/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 12 ounces honey nonfat greek yogurt or 1 1/2 cups (Chobani) 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup fresh blueberries

POWER muffins: blueberries, oatmeal, & greek yogurt --these were yummy.I had to use more yogurt than the recipe called for but YMMV. I used vanilla Greek yogurt since that's what I had.
