REGULAR PANCAKE RECIPE, THEN MAKE CINNAMON FILLING: 1/2 CUP BUTTER, MELTED 3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR, PACKED 1 TABLESPOON GROUND CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE GLAZE: 4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER 2 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE 3/4 CUP POWDERED SUGAR 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT. MAKE EACH IN SEPERATE BOWLS, PUT CINNAMON MIX IN A BAG AND CUT A WHOLE IN THE CORNER. DRIZZLE OVER PANACAKE AND ONCE COOKED COVER IN THE GLAZEY GOODNESS.

Chocolate cheesecake eggs I'm in charge of Easter dessert & my Fiance & I are in Weight Watchers so this is great! The decadence of chocolate and Cheesecake but in single, controlled serving size. I used lemon curd instead of the passionfruit filling in the recipe. Using 10 chocolate eggs to distribute the filling they are only 4 WW points each. :P
