Another pinner=Philly Cheese Steak Stuffed Bell Peppers. I tweeked a few things by using grass fed, thinly sliced steak and pepperjack cheese instead of provolone, and yellow, orange and red bell peppers instead of green. So good and so easy!
Sauteed Corn, Bacon, and Scallions. I add jalapenos for a little extra flavor. I cook the bacon and drain a little fat. Then I add the jalapenos and scallion whites. Cook a little and then add the corn. Add the scallion greens and the very end.
