Photo Wall.... good idea for the hallway!

  • Tracey Dick

For the hallway! Picture gallery wall. This is a great way to hang pictures in a creative, fresh way. Create a horizontal line, two or three inches wide. Hang pictures above the line or below the line to make a fun effect. I love that in the example all of the picture frames are black and matching. They also used all black and white pictures to really make it coordinate!

Cute! "I love this idea... in fact...I thought of it myself three weeks ago when I had too many pictures to hand all of my family in my tiny apartment. I have a strip of wall that is 12" wide between two doors that is just between the living-room and kitchen.. I already have 3 frames and 8x10's, and am buying them every other week until i have all 6 of them up there!"

I so struggle with hanging a gallery wall without making it perfectly coordinated and aligned, mine is sitting on the floor waiting for me to understand how to do it in a mish mash manner
