Cool off with these healthy fruit and veggie smoothies

Parfait: One of my favs. to make in the morning. The great thing about doing these is you can alter it to your liking. I use Chiboni Vanilla Greek Yogurt (1 cup split twice), 3/4 cups any fruit ( I usually do 3 different kinds 1/4 cup each), and Bear Naked vanilla almond crunch granola (1/4 cup split twice). Super easy and super healthy. It's a def. WIN!

Fruit and granola is played out. These flavorful combos take a little extra effort, so keep things easy by setting aside a half hour on a Sunday to make one or two of them to use throughout the week. Worth it.
