MOUNTAIN CLIMBER with HANDS ON SWISS BALL Assume a pushup position with hands on Swiss ball. Body should form straight line from head to ankles. Tighten core + hold. Lift 1 foot off floor and slowly raise knee as close to chest as possible without changing back posture. Repeat with other leg. Alternate legs for 30 seconds
