Chewy Cherry Almond Granola Bars 2 cups old-fashioned oats 1 cup chopped or sliced almonds 1 cup puffed brown rice cereal 1 cup dried cherries, chopped (or a mix of raisins and cherries) 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 3/4 cup honey 3 tablespoons light brown sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon almond extract 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Dark Chocolate Cherry Granola Bars -- this is a favorite recipe, great for mornings or for snacks.

Homemade Crunchy Granola 4 c oats; 1 c wheat germ; 1 c walnuts; 1/4 c brown sugar; 1 teasp cinnamon; 1/4 teasp salt; 1/3 c oil; 1/3 c honey; 1/3 c wter and 6 oz pkg dried fruits mix all together gake until browned on 300 degrees stir every 10 min!

no-bake s'mores granola bars - just mix dry ingredients with the melted butter/honey/brown sugar mixture and refrigerate, then cut into bars a little while later! sounds easy and delicious :)
