    Just searched for an pancake recipe on Pinterest on a whim to make for breakfast this morning -- maybe the best pancakes I've ever made. Probably because I usually try to make them "healthier" and instead of doing that, I used melted butter in the batter this time. Ha! **IHOP Pancake Recipe

By far the best scratch recipe for pancakes I have found. The only substitution I make is that we used salted butter, rather than un-salted. Simply a preference.
