      Healthier eating must have...Greek Yogurt Conversion Chart. Here is some info I looked up: 1 cup of regular mayonnaise: 1500 calories, 172 grams of fat and only 2.4g of protein. In 1 cup Greek Yogurt 130 calories, no fat and 23 grams of protein...AND IT TASTES JUST AS GOOD. :)
