Keep running - I really need this motivation! I just started running again today.and I'm usually not good at maintaining exercise.

the reason i love running... it releases all those emotions i would otherwise spill out to a therapist!!!

running is cheaper than Therapy, it helps clear your mind and you feel great afterward, sore but great!
