I have a ladder like this and nails 2 in the wall and use them to hook the ladder on its first step,then if you want to change it long ways its easier.. I dont use the horr or chalk board, i use a 3 set of sheep,some crows and primitive candles.. Long ways is perfect for your dried flowers and doubled string dipped candle.. I change my sheep to primitive reindeer and sprigs of leftover christmas tree, the extra pieces you cut off to fit it in the stand!!💗💗
