I've been quite sick this week, so I was doing half my exercise routine and I'm really looking forward for starting again on Monday with my two hours Zumba plan every morning and to continue my intensive weight lifting + boxe three times a week. I miss my painful muscles!
I have no idea if this is "traditional" Zumba, but this looks so fun. When I lived in Provo and going to college, there was this lady named Lynette at Gold's Gym that would always choreograph moves to fun songs. I LOVED her workouts and I totally miss that class!!!!!
