A WHOLE MEAL IN ONE PAN: 4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (for any green veggie would work) Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and top with melted butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Chicken Avocado Salad - My kids won't stop asking for more. So easy! Just 1 chicken breast, 1 avocado, 1/2 onion, 1 lime's juice and season to taste. Enjoy it by dipping veggies in it or serve it on lettuce wraps. Yummy!!!
~Zesty Chicken, Potato, and Green Bean Bake~ 9x13 pan, cut 3 boneless chicken breast in half, add 2 cans of green beans on one side, and cut up red skinned potatoes on the other side. Sprinkle a packet of zesty Italian dressing mix on top. Drizzle 1 stick of melted butter (i added some honey and seasoning to the butter) all over it. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Sweet and Spicy Chicken: 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon paprika 2 teaspoons onion powder 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon chili powder 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each) Combine the first five ingredients; rub over chicken. Baked at 350 for about 30 minutes Yield: 4 servings.
Crock-Pot Balsamic Chicken Ingredients 4-5 frozen chicken breasts 2 small yellow squash 1 medium zucchini 1 medium purple onion 3 bell peppers 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar Place frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of a medium/large crock pot. Add Worcestershire sauce and Balsamic vinegar. Cook on High for 4 hours. Keep heated on Warm until ready to serve.
Pork tenderloin, new potatoes and apple juice! Oven: 400 degrees. New potatoes and onions mixed with rosemary, fresh minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), cracked pepper, sea salt. Mix well and pour in Pyrex. Bake until pork and potatoes are done.
