Although I love the look of a healthy & fit body, it's important to note that healthy & fit bodies come in all shapes and sizes. I will never be smaller than a size 8 @ my fittest, and I LOVE the curves that I keep when I am that size :-)

1. Lifestyle, not a diet 2. Get organized 3. Eat small 4. Learn to Leave food on your plate 5. Never feel deprived 6. Make a meal out of it. 7. Eat Slowly 8. Enjoy Your Food 9. Move it! 10. Get Enough Sleep.

It's not about how your run goes, it's about getting out there and running anyway.
