I get scared to present in front of my teacher and the thought of it makes me start to shake. And I am always tense and get startled to easily. You don't have to do anything, I just walk around the corner and scream. I was hyperventilating and rocking on the floor feeling like I was getting no air. I don't want to admit it but I think these a chance I have the middle one, and I need to know but I don't know how to tell my mom....I need serious help, it's getting worse.
