Slow Cooker Nachos - Pinner said, used favorite Italian Pot Roast as the base of the recipe. We ate the pot roast one night and used the leftovers for the nachos. I added some spicy BBQ sauce and chipotles to the meat as I reheated it. I added all toppings from Ditka’s – sour cream, scallions, cheddar and jack cheese, jalapenos and tomatoes.

Slow Cooker Chicken Nachos .This is a keeper~they all loved it! Made awesome presentation too. I used a smaller pork tenderloin instead of chicken. I upped the seasonings and amount of salsa a bit and added in about a tsp and a half of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. i think i used El Milagro tortilla chips- anything more on the authentic side. So Good!!
