Parmesan Roasted Potatoes--4 lg. potatoes skins on. Put on baking sheet. Drizzle 5 tbsp. olive oil. Mix 2 tsp. flour, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. parsley, 2 tsp. rosemary; add to potatoes and with hands mix well with potatoes. Bake 425 till done, turning after about 25 min. Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes 2 large potatoes, scrubbed 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp salt 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese Slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/4 inch). big ziploc bag to coat the potatoes. Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt in a ziplock bag to coat. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 for 15 -20 minutes, until lightly brown. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
