    Vegan coconut banana cookies: 1/2 banana mashed, 2 TBS coconut flour, 1/4 cup nondairy milk, 2 tsp Stevia extract, 1/8 tsp baking powder. Mix together and place in oven at 350F for 15-20 min! Almost tastes like a macaroon! Very good. I made 8 mini cookies.
