I love the gooey egg and parmesan mixture on the fork in the foreground and the light coming through the pasta is magical. 2. It's a recipe from my first cookbook so it has a special place in my heart and belly.

I ate as many as I could when I was in Romania because I figured I would never eat it again. I might have gained about 8 pounds from papanasi alone, but it was the easiest 8 pounds I ever accepted, lol. Are there any recipes that are true to what I ate in Romania floating around the internet?
