    I totally agree with the caption of this pin! I mean, it's amazing how little ppl know about the foods that are actually going into their bodies. Just because the label says it okay doesn't mean it is, look deeper into the ingredients and learn what is really good and what's not because labels are made to look good and make ppl buy the foods. 100 days of real food. This site has so many recipes for real food, that my kids would actually eat. She has a picky eater and has a lot of good tips on how to get your picky eater to eat new and healthy foods!
