1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
2 tbsp Granulated sugar
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 Powdered sugar
3 tbsp Turbinado sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Cannoli Cups: 1 package (16 oz.) wonton wrappers/1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese/1/4 cup cornstarch/1 1/3 cups whole milk/1/2 cups powdered sugar/1/2 tsp. almond extract/1/2 tsp. vanilla extract/1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)/2 cups mini semisweet chocolate chips/powdered sugar (for dusting)

Homemade Cannoli- a lot of work and very time consuming. If you don't get the dough paper thin(it hard to do) and oil perfectly perfect, your shells don't work right. They still taste good though

Almost as good and super easy if you take some shortcuts; use store bought ricotta and crush a waffle cone for texture, if desired. Make some. You will not be disappointed!
