      Do NOT use this! Ruined my oven! Black streaks everywhere! Had to use a spatula to scrape off the burnt matter. Then a scrub brush, to the point where it had no more bristles. Followed by TWO sponges & half a bottle of vinegar. It took my husband & I 2 hours to clean off the mess. Of course, we are just stuck with this stains! Pretty pissed about it!

      There is nothing in these recipes that would cause black stains and steaks in an oven...unless the pinner had so much burnt on food that these recipes couldn't loosen it all. Makes no sense what so ever.

      It was a nearly new oven. It was my monthly oven cleaning. I assure you that it did leave black marks on my oven. Otherwise I wouldn't have taken the time to write the comment. I just wanted to make other pinners aware of what happened to me. No reason to be rude & comment ignorant things.

    DIY Febreze This is a recipe that my friend has used and loves! It's just pennies per bottle compared to the over $5 bottle that you can buy in a store! -1/8 cup fabric softener -2 Tbs baking soda -Hot Tap Water to fill up the bottle Put fabric softener and baking soda in spray bottle. Fill up the rest with hot water. Use like you would Febreeze.

    Oven cleaner: 5 T baking soda, 4 T vinegar, 3 drops of Dawn and mix into a paste. Coat the oven, let sit for 15 min and scrub clean.
