The newest camping dessert! Strawberries dipped in marshmallow fluff and then roasted over a campfire. Sooo gotta try these.
Homemade Marshmallow Fluff 3 egg whites room temp,2C light corn syrup,1/2 tspn salt,2C sifted confectioner sugar,1 tbspn vanilla extract. In bowl-add egg whites,corn syrup, & salt.Using mixer on high for 5 minutes until the mixture is thick & almost doubled.On low, add powdered sugar & mix, Then add vanilla extract & mix until well blended. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
