One-Pot Cabbage Casserole

Made this w 1 ground beef, added couple gloves minced garlic, a diced jalapeno, and chunked all of a small cabbage. Uncovered, topped w 1 cup shredded cheese, and baked about 15 - 20 mins more. Pretty good - kind of a healthier alternative to a goolash-y dish.
