This is so yummy! I used sliced, fresh, sauteed mushrooms (Canned or jarred mushrooms are a big no-no for me!) and skipped the hot pepper sauce. I also sprinkled extra parmesan cheese on top. I think next time I will add chopped fresh spinich at the end with the bacon, mushrooms and cheese.
