Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats 1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal 1 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds 1 c. almond milk 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder 1 tbsp. peanut butter Combine all ingredients except for peanut butter and let set in the refrigerator overnight. After refrigerating overnight, remove oats from fridge and stir in spoonful of peanut butter before eating.

homemade protein bars: 7 scoops vanilla protein powder + 2 C quick oats + 5 T sliced almonds, 1/4 C mini chocolate chips + 3 T honey + 3 T natural peanut butter + add water to good consistency. mix + press into a sprayed baking dish. bake @ 350 for approx. 15 min. depending on size of bars cut = about 170 cal and 32 g protein per serving!
