Fall - Crock Pot Chicken and Noodle Soup: 5 cups of chicken broth (boxed or can is fine). One 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup. 1/2 cup onions, chopped fine. 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine. 1/2 cup carrots, chopped fine. 1/2 cup green onions, sliced. One 15 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained. 1 1/2 cup Egg noodles. 2 cups cooked chicken chopped.

CROCK POT Asian Pork Chops - Recipe would definitely work with chicken/beef. Mix 1/2 cup soy sauce (I used Lite), 1/2 ketchup. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and black pepper to taste. Put meat in the crock pot (I used 2.5 pounds boneless pork chops because thats what was already thawed). Pour the sauce mixture over the meat, cook on low for about 5 hours, and the meat is tender and moist.

Lasagna soup; 1.26.15, I made this soup for dinner. My girls loved it, so did the hubby. I liked it because I think we will eat it faster than actual lasagna. Not a lot of leftovers. the cheese mixture on top is really good! Awesome dish! -s2

Italian sausage 2 large russet baking potatoes , sliced in half, and then in 1/4 inch slices 1 large onion , chopped 1/4 c. bacon bit (optional) 2 garlic cloves , minced 2 c. kale or 2 c. swiss chard , chopped 16 oz. cans chicken broth 1 quart water 1 c. heavy whipping cream

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole 1 30 oz. bag frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes 8 oz sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 small onion, diced fine 16 oz package cubed ham (I use sliced deli ham too) 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, set aside 1 C Stir all the ingredients together. Place into a lightly greased casserole dish (9 x 13 in). Sprinkle top with 1 C cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min - 1 hour. Let cool a bit and serve.
