I've wanted a large frame like this for the side of my fridge for all those papers that are stuck to it. (I hate things on the fridge BUT I think it's a fact of life with kids in school). I have yet to live in a house that the side of the fridge is exposed so I can do it...but it's in my plan some day :) Wire Jewelry, Crafty Stuff, Jewelry Storage, Decor Ideas, Crafts Ideas, Wire Frames, Decor Projects, Old Frames, Chicken Wire Frame
Chicken wire + clothes pins = pinboard. Or...use the same idea to hang oddly-shaped pieces of art that you can't find a frame for. Maybe a huge piece for a hall or something and use it like gallery wall. Hmm...
After removing the mirror, I painted the frame a bright yellow. Then I stapled chicken wire to the back side of the frame. When I bought the chicken wire from Atwoods the man working that department asked if I needed any pointers for my chicken coop. I told him I was making a frame for artwork. He shook his head and walked away.
