Grilled Salmon with Spicy Honey-Basil Sauce -- tried this on 03/19/12! The sauce is very good -- though I definitely recommend letting it marinate for 4+ hours (or overnight). I only marinated it for about 2.5 hours, max, and the flavor didn't stick with the salmon too well. But the balsamic & olive oil peppers/watercress was a delicious add-on!
