      This is how I do hardboiled eggs now-- I do half/whole carton and kyle and I eat them throughout the week-- for breakfast, post-workouts, on top of salads, or egg-salad sandwiches, etc. I'd go for 30ish min though... Hard boiled eggs in muffin tins with oven

      Baked Hard boiled eggs.Going to try.Only thing don't make since.Is a potato blows up in oven not poked.So kinda wonder how the eggs don't.As moister gets in egg while boiling.If works will be trying soft boiled baked eggs saw recipe for that.I know in the UK..They like to have soft boiled eggs and soldiers.Will post that if find picture on here.If I rember right its toast cut in strips.They have special egg cups to in the UK.. Lot people hate trying get perfect dunkie egg.Might be easier way NOW

    Who knew - add baking soda to the water when hard boiling eggs and the shell will come right off ~~ add 1/2 tsp of baking soda to the water it will make the egg shell easier to peel.

Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel!
