On the heels of my chocolate delight recipe, I’ve decided to post my recipe for peanut butter cups. “My recipe” – it feels so weird to say that! It is super easy.

Healthy PB Cookies!      1 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)    1 teaspoon Stevia (powdered or liquid)    1 egg    Click link for directions!

Ingredients 1 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter) 1 teaspoon Stevia (powdered or liquid) 1 egg Directions Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into equal size balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork and bake at for minutes.

Peanut Butter Fro-Yo:    - 1 serving Greek yogurt  - 1 TBS unsweetened coco powder  - 1 TBS natural peanut butter  - Stevia to taste  Combine, pop into the freezer for about 30 minutes.
