ORANGE JULIUS SMOOTHIE~~~ 2/3 cup rolled oats, 4 clementine oranges peeled, seeded, 2 medium banana, 2 cups unsweetened nondairy milk, 1 cup crushed ice> .In a drink mixer, blend the rolled oats on high until they have the fine texture of flour. Add clementines, banana, and nondairy milk. Blend on high for 15 seconds until smooth. .Add ice for quick chilling. Serve slurp away
Strawberry-Banana Colada Smoothie Ingredients 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen 3/4 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen 1/3 cup fresh pineapple chunks (you can used canned, but fresh is better) 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup greek yogurt or coconut ice cream 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup spinach (optional) toasted coconut, for topping
@healthycleanlife: This is hands down my favorite smoothie out there! 1 red apple 1 banana 5 raw almonds 3/4 cup non-fat yoghurt 1/2 cup non-fat milk 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon It can be a meal replacement and will keep you full till lunch! Yummy doesn't even cut it!
