Sounds like a great cardio workout. Only one I'm not sure of is Mountain Climber, but I will figure it out.

Nice workout for when you don't have a lot to lose but would like more tone....will come in handy.

I gave up trying to do lengthy workout videos long ago, and the gym hasn’t been much of a thought since my first baby arrived .  These days, I’ve got four kids around, at least one or two of whom have radar for when my feet hit the floor each morning.  In other words, it’s hard to find the time to workout, even if I wake up early.
