    Great way to cook bacon for BLT's ... for each sandwich - cut 3 bacon strips in half, then weave the 6 pieces (as shown), place on foil-lined cookie sheet, sprinkle with brown sugar, and bake 23-28 minutes at 350 degrees, until desired done-ness.

I actually tried this today at lunch...and I will do it this way from now on! Makes your bacon stay put on a BLT and appear in every bite. Genius! Set oven to 350 degrees. 3 Strips of Bacon cut in half to make 6 half strips and weave together. bake for 23-28 minutes, or until desired done-ness. (I know some people still prefer their bacon chewy. I however, like it crispy!)
