    My dentist told me to gargle with hydrogen peroxide many years ago- equal parts peroxide & water. I often get compliments on my bright smile and I attribute it to that practice.

#DIY Remedy- Minimize a mark that a blemish may leave by mixing 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp distilled water to create a paste. Apply for 5 minutes, splash off. After use a cotton swab to dab hydrogen peroxide. #Beauty #Acne

Homemade All-Natural Peppermint Mouthwash (1 cup hydrogen peroxide, 1 cup distilled water, 2 drops peppermint essential oil). Hydrogen peroxide shouldn't be exposed to light so either keep in brown bottle or keep in cabinet when not in use.

Rosemary Peppermint Foot Scrub Ingredients 1 cup coarse sea salt 1/8 cup olive oil or sweet almond oil 2 to 3 drops peppermint essential oil 1 to 2 drops rosemary essential oil 2 sprigs fresh crushed rosemary or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary Directions Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Massage into feet and ankles. Rinse with warm water and follow with a moisturizer. Store excess scrub in a glass jar.
