2 excercises my trainer swears by to get those abs is 1) sit down feet propped up and move side to side with a ball touching the floor on each side 2) sit down start by holding your legs to your chest and then push your legs out infront and then arms out to the side and end up everytime in the starting position holding your legs. I used to always think buff chicks with 6 packs were gross or manly looking. Then I started working out 6 days a week, eating healthy and respecting my body. I've watched it change and progress as it has become my temple. I learned to appreciate muscles and am in awe of their power. Now, I think this woman is beautiful and without even knowing her, I completely respect her.

When I want to quit, I always think of my motivation, what I am working toward. It helps me to push harder. Nothing makes me happier than when I am pouring sweat from an awesome workout session.
This is SO "20 years ago" for me, but still something nice to strive for I guess, specially since there aren't any pics I can find of 40-somethings like me who have lost weight and want to post pics of before and after for inspiration....anyone have any to share??
These are the legs I want... I think I am about 2% body fat away from having them... We will see lol I have never been able to find my ideal of perfect thighs until now... FINALLY I have a picture to show people what I have been describing!!!
