Super easy super yummy crock pot soup: can of rotel, can of corn, can of black beans (drained & rinsed), 2 frozen chicken breasts, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 packet dry ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours. Shred chicken, and enjoy!
Crawfish bisque. Pour 2 cans cream of potato soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained), one stick of butter cut into pieces, 4 oz cream cheese, 1 pint halfhalf, 1 pkg frozen crawfish meat - thawed, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper into crock pot and simmer for ~3 hours. This is my family's Christmas Eve dinner! So easy and so good.

One 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup. 1/2 cup onions, chopped fine. 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine. 1/2 cup carrots, chopped fine. 1/2 cup green onions, sliced. One 15 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained. 1 1/2 cup Egg noodles. 2 cups cooked chicken chopped.

Chicken breasts, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, shredded cheese, and green onions. We really liked this chicken!! I liberally sprinkled my homemade taco seasoning mix onto two large breasts, and sautéed both in butter. I then sliced the meat into bite-sized pieces and followed the direction (used Old El Paso Mild Enchilada sauce). Would be really yummy on loaded nachos!
